Senior Analyst, SAP Change Enablement

• Partner with the SAP Change Enablement Director to develop a comprehensive communication and engagement plan for internal and external stakeholders impacted by the implementation of SAP S/4HANA • Create compelling communication materials and engagement collateral, managing the collaboration and approval process efficiently to meet project timelines • Craft clear and consistent messaging that fosters transparency, relevant and actionable for stakeholders by region, location, and persona • Manage internal and external communication tools and channels to ensure effective delivery of change-related messages • Maintain, enhance, and standardize communication toolkits , templates, and playbooks to ensure consistency in change messaging

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Change Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, change management communications, or a similar role
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex messages
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and levels of leadership
  • Ability to manage communications for complex projects, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of graphic design or video editing software is a bonus

Responsibilities About the role: The Credit Review Buyback Analyst I is responsible for facilitating the buyback process on behalf of GM Financial. This role partners closely with internal business units and external parties to resolve dealer agreement violations while exercising sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. In this role you will: - Build effective working relationships with other departments and external parties to accomplish departmental and corporate strategic business goals and objectives. - Educate internal and external parties on the GM Financial Dealer Agreement and violations of the dealer agreement. - Prepare clear and concise legal documentation on behalf of GM Financial. - Recognize and recommend improvements to the buyback process. - Host regularly scheduled meetings with Dealer Services Regional Sales Managers to discuss buyback resolution strategies. - Provide payment posting instructions when buyback monies are received. - Manage collateral on repossession hold, including coordinating return to dealerships or wholesaling units. - Manage the recourse process by monitoring accounts placed on recourse and escalating them as buybacks when triggers are breached. - Represent Credit Review in business segment meetings, as needed. Qualifications What makes you the ideal candidate? - Knowledge of finance, accounting, consumer credit, and statistics preferred. - Competency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Access. - Ability to plan, execute, and improve work processes to achieve business objectives. - Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply business knowledge to daily problem solving. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and communication skills. - Ability to multitask with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong analytical judgment and logical decision-making skills. - Proven ability to work discreetly with confidential information. - Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to provide recommendations. Experience: - 0–2 years of relevant work experience required. - High School Diploma required. - Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Master’s Degree preferred.
