Demand Generation Representative
Belden Inc.
• Establish viable opportunities – through probing and solutions based questions • Contact prospective customers – engage directly with prospects through phone, email or other desk-based methods (such as LinkedIn messaging) • Evaluate quality of leads – qualify and score the viability of an interested lead by assessing the need, timing, upcoming & current investment plans • Identify key stakeholders – map key stakeholders within each prospective customer • Inform prospects - of Belden’s solutions and gauge interest in offerings • Score opportunities - Assess information gathered and score opportunities per a defined set of criteria (MEDICC Criteria: Metrics, Economic Buying Influencer, Decision Process, Identified Pain, Coach, Competition) • Implement and maintain lead generation strategies – design lead generation strategies based on pre-funnel performance from the Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce.com) • Handover scheduled leads - schedule a meeting and seamlessly hand off sales-qualified opportunities to our sales representatives for further discovery • Ensure continuous improvement - collaborate with marketing and sales to assess lead and opportunity quality, incorporate feedback and refine reach out processes as needed • Identify patterns of success and build efficiencies into efforts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lead generation specialist with an emphasis on lead generation
- Experience working within the marketing industry is preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high comfort with phone-based interaction
- Strong web-based computer skills (use of search engine technology, platforms such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn and other sales prospecting tools)
- Competitive mindset and passion for customer acquisition, engagement and market growth
- Ability to quickly build professional rapport with individuals through various communications channels such as telephone and email
- Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, self-starting and an ability to deal with ambiguity
- Proven ability to get results and meet commitments
- Ability to work individually and in a team

Reporting to the Director, Paid Marketing, we are seeking a seasoned performance marketer with deep expertise in crypto/web3 to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of all experimental and frontier paid-media initiatives. This role is responsible for: - Designing and managing a structured testing roadmap - Evaluating new platforms - Optimizing early-stage performance - Identifying scalable opportunities that can evolve into core acquisition channels In this role, you will act as the bridge between growth strategy and hands-on channel experimentation—bringing analytical rigor, creativity, and curiosity to uncover incremental growth in support of our acquisition efforts across the entire Kraken suite of products.
