• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Human Resources and the broader HR team • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned with business needs • Coordinate meetings by gathering agendas and ensuring attendees are prepared • Prepare agendas, materials, notes, and follow-up action items for HR leadership meetings • Draft correspondence, communications, presentations, and meeting materials while maintaining a high level of professionalism • Manage expense reporting and reimbursement tracking for the Director of HR • Support the preparation and facilitation of monthly BELAY All Team (BAT) meetings • Coordinate HR-related events, offsites, in-person meetings, and team-building activities • Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire administrative support

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting for clients • Develop and maintain budgets and a 13-week rolling cash flow • Deliver timely, monthly financial reporting and executive insights • Serve as a trusted partner to clients through periods of stabilization, growth, and transition • Partner with client leadership on growth initiatives, operational efficiency, and risk management • Provide proactive insight by identifying risks, opportunities, and compliance considerations to support client growth • Monitor client engagement health and identify opportunities for additional support, resources, or services as appropriate • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, high-quality client support.

• Lead and unify centralized marketing functions across brand, content, operations, and digital experience. • Ensure alignment between brand strategy, campaign execution, and revenue objectives. • Build scalable processes and operating rhythms that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. • Partner closely with revenue marketing leaders to support business-line growth goals. • Drive operational consistency and cross-functional collaboration across the marketing organization. • Oversee brand consistency and messaging across all channels and touchpoints. • Lead content strategy and production, including thought leadership, demand generation support, SEO content, and customer storytelling. • Manage internal and external communications, public relations coordination, and executive communications support. • Own the company’s web experience strategy, including user experience, content structure, SEO alignment, and conversion optimization partnership. • Lead marketing operations functions including automation, campaign enablement, workflow management, and martech optimization. • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across content, creative, marketing operations, project management, and digital experience. • Develop and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals and measurable business outcomes.

• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines across all BELAY service lines • Own interviews and hiring decisions for senior-level roles • Apply BELAY’s hiring standard consistently across sourcing and hiring • Optimize sourcing strategy and channels • Provide structured feedback to Talent Specialists

• Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients and contractors • Maintain client satisfaction through exceptional service • Identify opportunities for upselling within existing accounts • Develop action plans with clients and track implementation • Ensure timely service delivery to client needs

• Serve as the first point of escalation for day-to-day client inquiries and accounting issues • Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting that helps clients understand performance and key metrics • Identify accounting or process challenges, recommend data-driven solutions, and communicate changes clearly to clients and internal stakeholders • Support Staff Accountants in daily operations and professional development through guidance and feedback • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to maintain client satisfaction, ensure engagement scope alignment, and manage profitability • Execute and oversee core accounting functions including Month-end revenue entries and clearing account reconciliations • Financial statement preparation and variance analysis • Maintain organized, accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online and other client systems • Review work prepared by Staff Accountants, ensuring accuracy and providing coaching as needed • Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflow efficiency or automate recurring processes

• Diagnose a company's financial reality and design outsourced financial leadership solutions • Act as a trusted financial advisor during the sales process • Lead high-impact discovery conversations with executives • Architect customized Financial Solutions packages

• Provide proactive support and coordination for the operational functions of the BELAY marketing department • Professionally represent the company in all virtual and in-person interactions • Record action items from Marketing project meetings and assign action items in Asana • Utilize Asana to create and track tasks, owners, and due dates associated with several projects • Complete reporting and document updates for the Marketing department • Oversee SWAG and partnership supply inventory • Provide hands-on support for tasks as assigned to help push a project to completion • Manage Marketing internal request submissions to ensure high-quality assets are delivered by desired deadlines • Support the partnership team in the execution of all marketing deliverables

• Support the Financial Solutions team by owning demand generation campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization • Develop a deep understanding of BELAY’s Financial Solutions services and translate business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives • Continuously analyze results and optimize programs to improve effectiveness and scalability • Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging, strong market positioning, and effective execution that drives qualified demand
