Marketing Operations Coordinator
BELAY
• Provide proactive support and coordination for the operational functions of the BELAY marketing department • Professionally represent the company in all virtual and in-person interactions • Record action items from Marketing project meetings and assign action items in Asana • Utilize Asana to create and track tasks, owners, and due dates associated with several projects • Complete reporting and document updates for the Marketing department • Oversee SWAG and partnership supply inventory • Provide hands-on support for tasks as assigned to help push a project to completion • Manage Marketing internal request submissions to ensure high-quality assets are delivered by desired deadlines • Support the partnership team in the execution of all marketing deliverables
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of operational process execution and project coordination
- Exemplify strategic decision-making skills
- Must have a passion for pushing ideas, projects, and tasks to completion
- Must be professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable with technology and able to embrace it as the platform on which we run our company
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to interact with internal and external partners
