• Act as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, providing tailored HR solutions and building long-term, trust-based relationships. • Utilize automation tools to maintain a query-tracking system, logging detailed meeting minutes and generating personalized reports for clients. • Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, including efficient screening, structured interviews, and cultural fit evaluations. • Expand outreach efforts to increase application volume and engage in proactive networking and headhunting on professional social platforms. • Ensure timely, error-free payroll processing to prevent financial discrepancies and maintain seamless cash flow for client operations. • Monitor project quality and mitigate “flag counts” to achieve consistently high levels of operational excellence. • Analyze success metrics to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate the tangible impact of HR initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within a global service environment.
  • Proven experience with HRIS, ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred), and Payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into strategic advice.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English, with a knack for “bridging the gap” between diverse cultural and professional landscapes.
  • Ability to optimize scheduling and coordination processes to reduce delays in a fast-paced environment.
