Qualifications - 1-5 years’ experience in an integration support and/or integration development role. - Hands-on experience supporting and developing on Boomi AtomSphere (Atoms/Molecules, process design, connectors, APIs, and deployments). - Strong troubleshooting skills across integrations: logs, message tracing, retry/replay, data mapping issues, connectivity, certificates/keys, and performance tuning. - Experience with integration patterns including API-led, middleware, file-based, real-time, batch/bulk, event-driven, and B2B integrations. - Knowledge of API management concepts (authentication/authorisation, throttling, versioning, policy enforcement) and exposure to API gateways. - Experience integrating with enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, MS Dynamics 365, Workday, ServiceNow, NetSuite), on-prem and cloud. - Understanding of IT service management practices (incident/problem/change) and working with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira). - Working knowledge of CI/CD and release management concepts for integration platforms; familiarity with Git-based workflows. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL; experience with XML/JSON, REST/SOAP, and secure transport (TLS, certificates). - Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. +This role is for Talent Pipeline* We are seeking a Senior SAP CAP Consultant to lead the design and development of SAP CAP applications, while remaining deeply hands on in delivery. This role is focused specifically on SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) — it is not a general SAP BTP consultant role. The successful candidate will act as a CAP domain expert, owning architecture and code quality, leading delivery outcomes, and mentoring other developers through hands on contribution. Key Responsibilities SAP CAP Delivery (Hands On) • Design, develop, and maintain SAP CAP services and applications using Node.js or Java • Build and expose APIs using OData (primarily v4) and REST • Define and implement CDS data models, service layers, and business logic • Develop CAP based extensions aligned to S/4HANA clean core principles • Troubleshoot complex issues across CAP services, data models, and integrations • Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of CAP solutions Technical Leadership • Act as the technical lead for SAP CAP components within projects • Define CAP development standards, patterns, and best practices • Review solution designs, code, and pull requests for quality and consistency • Guide and mentor junior developers in CAP concepts and delivery practices • Lead by example through hands on coding and problem solving Integration & Application Design (CAP Centric) • Design CAP services that integrate with S/4HANA and external systems • Implement synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns where required • Collaborate with BTP, Integration, and Architecture specialists (where applicable) • Support end to end application design from CAP services through to consumers (UI or integrations) Client & Delivery Engagement • Participate in technical workshops and solution design discussions • Translate business requirements into CAP focused technical solutions • Provide estimates, delivery input, and technical risk assessment • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on CAP design and delivery decisions Working Conditions: • Permanent full time • Remote • Philippines • Sydney Standard time What will make you successful in this role?
