Functional Consultant Location: Brisbane Australia Job Description: What you'll be doing Atturra is looking for a full-time D365 (CRM) Functional Consultant to work within the Cloud Business Solutions team to design and build systems and applications for Atturra's customers. Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to work in a cohesive team (Atturra and the client team) is important for this role. The person in this role will be tasked with evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing and implementing the appropriate technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Managing a pipeline of MS Dynamics projects under the direction of the Senior Manager and Principal Consultant - Working on Pre-sales opportunities, preparing and configuring Dynamics 365 and demoing to the customer - Undertake client facing workshops to understand client requirements - Collecting & Analysing business processes, Documentation, Mapping the requirements and proposing suitable solutions - Undertake product customisation and configuration in line with business requirements - Providing solution overview training to business users explaining Dynamics 365 and Power Platform functionality across various modules and processes - Ability to support the testing team during SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod and Production Environments - Testing the end-to-end product scenarios in line with product standards and resolving conflicts with the help of the technical team - Designing data mapping templates for data migration - Providing post implementation and ongoing production support - Preparing end user manuals and user training.
