• Develop new and legacy integrations across numerous platforms • Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using various platforms, APIs, databases, protocols, and data formats • Collaborate, review code and build with other engineers for consistent technical standards • Create and maintain technical designs, sequence diagrams, and other systems integration related documents
• Lead the coordination, preparation, and review of all company-wide tax filings, including Federal, State, and international corporate income tax returns, Sales & Use Tax, Gross Receipts Tax, Property Tax, USAC, and VAT filings. • Prepare, review, and file sales & use tax returns for technology services across multiple jurisdictions. • Act as a tax subject-matter expert for customer tax questions, including billing discrepancies, taxability inquiries, and exemption reviews. • Partner with Billing, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to ensure accurate tax calculation and issue resolution. • Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SureTax to ensure proper tax determination and billing accuracy. • Utilize Workday to support tax reporting, account reconciliations, data analysis, and audit support. • Ensure alignment between tax rules, billing systems, and customer contracts. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all tax audits and inquiries from taxing authorities. • Manage responses to notices and assessments, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. • Identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks while maintaining strong internal controls over tax processes. • Reconcile sales & use tax accounts and support month-end and year-end close processes. • Monitor changes in state and local telecom tax regulations and assess operational and customer impact. • Identify and recommend process and system improvements to enhance compliance, efficiency, and customer experience. • Manage relationships with external advisors, including Big 4 firms, to support corporate and indirect tax compliance and planning.
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for managed security services (e.g., SOC, MDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, threat intelligence), especially as it relates to emerging threat vectors driven by modern GenAI models and agents, as well as Quantum Computing. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and inform product direction. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security operations, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. • Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories. • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. • Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging. • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and key KPIs to continuously improve offerings. • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare month end financial statement close procedures and consolidate all business units • Prepare and review journal entries, as well as balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis ASC 606 Revenue Recognition • Develop and maintain a timely monthly financial reporting package in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals • Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures • Establish relationships with all business unit owners to develop a working cadence for financial information and business performance metrics and reporting • Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results • Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements • Keep an organized filing system of all accounts, statements, transactions, payments and debts • Coordinating activities of external auditors • Assist the Director of Accounting with accurate and timely financial reporting
• Build, and support Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments globally. • Exposure on NetScaler /ADC. • Present Citrix environments to clients as a managed service. • Assist with the implementation and configuration of Citrix services in collaboration with IE team. • Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft Windows 2012, 2019, and 2022 environments. • Ensure effective communication in a corporate environment. • Use PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks across large IT estates. • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to Citrix and Windows engineering.
• Manage day-to-day administration of the LogicMonitor platform, including user management, monitoring configurations, device onboarding, dashboards, and alerting. • Process MACDs (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes) across devices, groups, configurations, etc. • Validate, troubleshoot, and resolve LogicMonitor platform issues, escalating to vendor support when necessary. • Maintain data consistency, accuracy, and hygiene within the platform. • Build reports for clients and internal Service Delivery staff. • Research, update, and maintain 1000’s of device Data Sources across the platform to ensure health and to maintain updated requirements across all hardware. • Design, build, and maintain LogicMonitor to ITSM (ServiceNow) workflows, integrations, and automations. • Experience with LogicModules. • Awareness of upcoming and current LogicMonitor functionality including LM Envision and Edwin AI (correlation, automation, and agentic agents). • Develop, update, and enhance LogicMonitor Data Sources, Event Sources, Property Sources, config sources, and scripts. • Write automation workflows and custom integrations using Groovy, Java, Python, and automation scripting tools. PowerShell scripting experience is a plus. • Automate onboarding, configuration updates, and repetitive administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency. • Build internal tools and scripts to streamline monitoring processes and ensure scalability. • Perform end-to-end device onboarding for servers, network devices, applications, cloud resources, and APIs. • Configure and validate monitoring using SNMP, WMI, OIDs, and other collection methods/monitoring mechanisms. • Ensure monitoring accuracy, threshold tuning, and alert fidelity for all onboarded devices. • Collaborate with servers, network, cloud, and application teams to define monitoring requirements. • Collaborate with clients and onboarding project teams for device and client onboarding. • Implement, configure, and maintain API integrations with cloud and network platforms, including but not limited to Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS). • Develop custom collectors or scripts to support platforms not covered by native integrations. • Work very closely with another LM administrator as well as ServiceNow and Salesforce teams to facilitate the entire monitoring and management workflow. • Work closely with infrastructure, DevOps, network engineering, and application teams to ensure complete monitoring coverage. • Document processes, standards, Data Source customizations, workflows, and integration patterns. • Provide recommendations for monitoring improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities.
• Manage daily security operations workflows across ESD, Ascent, and internal stakeholders, including triage, escalation, and follow-through. • Coordinate incident response activities, maintain playbooks, and ensure evidence, timelines, and decisions are documented. • Track vulnerability findings, penetration test results, and CTEM actions through remediation, retesting, and closure. • Monitor security metrics and prepare recurring reporting on cases, remediation status, exceptions, and control performance. • Drive operational handoffs between Tier 1 intake, SOC escalation, engineering remediation, and business owners. • Support audits and customer assurance requests by collecting evidence, validating control execution, and maintaining documentation. • Identify process gaps and execute improvements to strengthen security operations, service quality, and response readiness.
• Lead the execution of XTIUM's enterprise security program, including governance, policy, standards, and control improvement plans. • Own the day-to-day operation of the cyber risk register, including risk intake, scoring, action planning, escalation, and executive reporting. • Direct the Security Manager and coordinate outcomes across ESD, Ascent, and other internal or external stakeholders. • Partner with the CIO, CTO, Delivery, and Product leaders to align security priorities with architecture, operations, and roadmap decisions. • Drive compliance and assurance activities, including customer questionnaires, audit support, evidence collection, and control narratives. • Establish security metrics and operating reviews that track detection, remediation, incidents, exceptions, and control maturity. • Support incident response leadership by guiding decision-making, communications, root-cause follow-up, and corrective actions.
• Architect innovative, scalable, and secure technical solutions that align with customer business objectives across XTIUM’s core service offerings. • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client business models, technical needs, and growth goals, delivering enablement strategies that improve win rates, revenue, and technical certifications. • Engage directly with customers to build trusted relationships, identify business challenges, and develop tailored solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes. • Create detailed Quotes and Statements of Work (SOWs) that effectively translate technical features into business benefits. • Lead customer proof of concepts (POCs) and lab demonstrations to validate solutions and showcase XTIUM’s technical capabilities. • Analyze and optimize technical solutions to address both current and future business opportunities, ensuring scalability and long-term value. • Assist sales teams in identifying competitive threats and craft messaging that highlights XTIUM’s unique value proposition and differentiation. • Train internal teams on delivering impactful product demonstrations and utilizing demo environments to support sales efforts. • Partner with other internal teams and technology vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction. • Maintain consistent communication with sales teams and customers to ensure alignment throughout the sales cycle. • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, driving additional value for customers and revenue growth for XTIUM. • Report on performance and accomplishments through regular weekly and quarterly updates to leadership. • Represent XTIUM as a technical expert in customer engagements, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader.
