Role Description AspenView Technology Partners is recruiting a GTM Engineer for a fast-growing Managed Service Provider specializing in Go-To-Market systems. You will be embedded directly with client accounts, owning end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of GTM and Revenue Operations infrastructure. This is a high-impact, client-facing role at the intersection of strategy and execution — building AI-native, automated systems that drive real pipeline results. The role begins as a contract engagement (3–6 months) with a clear path to full-time conversion for top performers. - Architect and manage end-to-end GTM automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms (Clay, Make.com, n8n, Apify), covering lead enrichment, intent-signal routing, ICP scoring, and multi-channel sequencing. - Integrate AI-powered components via API — including LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), voice AI, and custom ML models — to enable personalized outreach, predictive scoring, and real-time lead qualification. - Build and maintain data acquisition pipelines (web scraping, waterfall enrichment, signal aggregation) in compliance with GDPR and CCPA standards. - Connect GTM workflows to CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools (Marketo, ActiveCampaign), and outbound tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) via REST and GraphQL APIs. - Diagnose, optimize, and scale high-volume automation infrastructure, managing error handling, retry logic, and uptime SLAs in live environments. - Run discovery and scoping sessions with client stakeholders (founders, VPs of Sales, RevOps leads, CMOs) and deliver clear architecture documentation, runbooks, and training guides. - Define and track performance metrics per engagement: time saved, reply rates, pipeline velocity, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and cost-per-opportunity. - Run structured A/B tests on outreach copy, sequencing logic, and enrichment flows to continuously improve performance. Qualifications - 3+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales/Marketing Automation, Technical Consulting, or a closely related role at a high-growth startup, agency, or consulting firm. - Demonstrated experience delivering automation projects in a client-facing or professional services context — managing scope, timelines, and stakeholders. - Deep, hands-on expertise in Clay, Make.com, n8n, and/or Apify — able to build complex multi-step workflows from scratch. - Strong API fluency: reading documentation, authenticating, testing endpoints, and building reliable REST and GraphQL integrations. - Working proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript to write custom functions, transform data, and extend no-code platforms. - Familiarity with LLM API usage (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering for practical GTM applications. - Excellent communicator — able to explain technical work clearly to non-technical stakeholders without hiding behind jargon. - Highly autonomous and self-directed, capable of managing multiple client engagements without constant oversight. Nice if you have - Experience with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools (LangChain, CrewAI, n8n agents, Clay AI columns). - Background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker), or data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery). - Track record of building systems that moved a measurable metric: pipeline generated, time saved, or conversion rates improved. You'll be joining a team that works on complex, high-impact data platforms where engineering rigor and security best practices go hand in hand. This is a fully remote position. • Establish and operationalize security controls for emerging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities across the enterprise. • Embed security into AI solution design, protecting AI models and data pipelines, and enabling secure adoption of AI use cases across business and technology functions. • Work closely with Digital, Data, AI, Security Architecture, Engineering, and Cyber Defense Operations teams to define secure AI architecture patterns, implement guardrails, and ensure AI platforms operate within client’s cybersecurity, risk, and governance standards. • Define secure architecture patterns for AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring protection of models, training pipelines, inference environments, and supporting data flows. • Establish secure integration patterns for AI services across enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and data environments. • Review AI solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise security architecture standards and secure-by-design principles. • Support implementation of secure controls across AI development, testing, deployment, and production environments. • Identify, assess, and mitigate AI-specific threats including model poisoning, prompt injection, adversarial attacks, unauthorized model access, data leakage, and misuse of AI outputs. • Define and implement security guardrails for AI model access, API usage, prompt controls, and secure interaction with enterprise data sources. • Establish controls to protect sensitive training data, embeddings, prompts, and inference outputs across AI workflows. • Support validation of third-party AI services and external model integrations from a cybersecurity risk perspective. • Establish AI security standards, engineering guardrails, and governance practices aligned with regulatory requirements, enterprise risk expectations, and responsible AI principles. • Partner with Digital and AI teams to enable secure AI use cases where security accelerates responsible business adoption rather than acts as a blocker. • Support creation of AI security review checkpoints for new AI initiatives, pilots, and production deployments. • Contribute to enterprise AI security policies, reference architectures, and operational standards. • Collaborate with Cyber Defense Operations to operationalize AI-related detection, monitoring, and response capabilities. • Support development of monitoring use cases for AI misuse, abnormal model behavior, unauthorized access, and suspicious data movement. • Define logging and telemetry requirements for AI platforms to improve visibility and incident readiness. • Support integration of AI platform telemetry into enterprise detection and monitoring tools where applicable. • Work closely with Security Architecture, Cloud Engineering, Data teams, Application teams, and AI program owners to ensure consistent security adoption. • Support security reviews for AI vendors, AI-enabled SaaS platforms, and internally developed AI capabilities. • Provide technical guidance to project teams on secure AI implementation and operational controls.

• Own the Architecture: Drive the end-to-end technical execution and architecture of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP ecosystem, making critical design decisions and guiding development teams. • Lead Technical Delivery: Manage the technical implementation of ERP projects from inception to deployment, translating complex business and financial requirements into actionable technical project phases. • Architect Complex Integrations: Design, build, and manage fault-tolerant, high-volume integrations between various Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and the core Oracle ecosystem using modern middleware and APIs (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC). • Pioneer AI & Automation: Lead the implementation of 'Agentic AI' and advanced automation workflows to streamline back-office corporate finance operations, reducing manual reconciliation and improving anomaly detection. • Bridge Finance & Engineering: Act as the primary technical liaison for US-based finance stakeholders, collaborating closely with accounting and engineering teams to balance strict financial mandates (like SOX compliance) with rapid technical innovation.

• Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to develop a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects. • Engage CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT and business stakeholders to position AspenView as a trusted nearshore technology partner. • Serve as a strategic sales advisor to clients, identifying business needs and aligning AspenView’s solutions accordingly. • Drive client acquisition through AspenView’s structured 7-stage sales methodology. • Collaborate with AspenView’s executive and delivery leadership to close deals and ensure exceptional client onboarding and results. • Represent AspenView at industry events, networking groups, and strategic client meetings.
