• Strategic and operational responsibility for all company acquisitions in close collaboration with the M&A team, the Head of M&A and the managing directors (CEO and CFO) • Identification and proactive outreach to potential acquisition targets, particularly in the Health & Safety sector • Conduct company valuations, develop transaction structures, and prepare and negotiate offers and contractual documents • Independently manage and execute buy-side transactions, including coordination of all involved stakeholders and external advisors, supervision of relevant due diligence areas and negotiation of purchase agreements

• Recruiting with ownership • In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes for our subsidiaries within the Arsipa Group. • A particular focus is on recruiting processes in occupational medicine, company medical services and related operational roles. • Together with hiring managers you clarify requirements, define sourcing strategies and ensure clear, structured selection processes. • Structured interviews, professional assessments and a respectful candidate experience are a given for you. • You keep track even with multiple concurrent vacancies — with structure, prioritization and a healthy dose of pragmatism. • Active Sourcing & Talent Attraction • You identify suitable talent through relevant channels and address them in a target-group-appropriate manner. • For demanding and high-volume roles you develop creative sourcing strategies. • You build talent pools sustainably and maintain long-term relationships with interesting candidates. • Your own ideas for a more visible, approachable and convincing employer brand in recruiting are explicitly welcome. • Our goal: candidates should not only know what Arsipa does — but also understand why it is exciting to be part of our journey. • Consulting, management & development • As a sparring partner you advise hiring managers, management boards and internal stakeholders on recruiting, market outreach and selection decisions. • You manage external recruiting partners confidently when needed and ensure quality, speed and communication are on point. • You regularly analyze recruiting metrics and derive concrete improvements for processes, channels and sourcing strategies. • You actively contribute to the development of recruiting processes, interview standards, reporting, candidate experience and employer branding. • You participate in team projects and help us make recruiting scalable, professional and still human within a growing corporate group.

• Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung einer skalierbaren Datenplattform (Warehouse / Lake / Lakehouse) • Entwicklung und Wartung robuster ETL/ELT-Pipelines zur Integration unterschiedlichster Datenquellen • Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Kostenoptimierung • Implementierung von Monitoring-, Governance- und Sicherheitskonzepten (inkl. • Product ownership for Billing & ERP • Ownership of the domain modules Contracts, Financial Accounting, Time Tracking and Bookkeeping within our in-house developed software solution • Evaluate and further develop operational processes and standards with a focus on billing and contract management • Identify domain improvement opportunities and convert them into effective product requirements • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and tickets • Closely support implementation together with the development team • Hands-on support throughout the development process, including QA and releases • Support data migrations and assist with rollouts • Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders in management, our subsidiaries and the development team

• You will play a central role in advancing our group accounting and financial structure • You will be responsible for the consolidation of our growing corporate group and act as a technical sparring partner for the CFO, the Controlling team and our subsidiaries • In a dynamic buy‑and‑build environment you will ensure transparency, quality and structure across a complex portfolio of holdings • Responsible for the preparation of the consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements • Further development of consolidation processes and policies • Accounting for complex issues (e.g., purchase price allocations, goodwill, intercompany reconciliations) • Maintenance and further development of the consolidation tool (e.g., LucaNet) • Ensuring consistent accounting standards across the group • Analysis and validation of the individual financial statements of subsidiaries • Support for newly acquired entities during integration • Support on accounting matters in the M&A context • Preparation of decision papers and documentation for the CFO and executive management • Point of contact for auditors, tax advisors and external stakeholders • Establishment of group-wide accounting guidelines • Further development of internal control systems and reporting structures • Participation in special projects within the Finance function
