Talent Acquisition Partner – Berlin, Full Remote Germany

• Recruiting with ownership • In this role you will own end-to-end recruiting processes for our subsidiaries within the Arsipa Group • A particular focus is on recruiting processes in occupational medicine, company medical services and related operational roles • Together with hiring managers you clarify requirements, define sourcing strategies and ensure clear, structured selection processes • Structured interviews, professional assessments and a respectful candidate experience are natural to you • You maintain oversight even with multiple concurrent vacancies—using structure, prioritization and a healthy dose of pragmatism • You identify suitable talent through relevant channels and approach them in a target-group-appropriate way • For challenging and high-volume roles you develop creative sourcing strategies • You sustainably build talent pools and maintain long-term relationships with promising candidates • As an advising, guiding and development-oriented sparring partner you consult hiring managers, executive teams and internal stakeholders on recruiting, market outreach and selection decisions • You confidently manage external recruiting partners when needed, ensuring quality, speed and communication are aligned • You regularly analyze recruiting metrics and derive concrete improvements for processes, channels and sourcing strategies • You actively contribute to the development of recruiting processes, interview standards, reporting, candidate experience and employer branding • You participate in team projects and help us scale recruiting within a growing corporate group in a professional, efficient and still human way
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally with a focus on volume recruiting or GTM roles
- Strong expertise in active sourcing and target-group-specific direct outreach
- You are familiar with ATS, modern recruiting tools, AI applications and good prompts
- Excellent advisory skills when working with hiring managers, executive teams and internal stakeholders
- You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner
- A good sense for people, communication and different target groups
- Enjoy taking on operational recruiting processes while also improving processes, standards and structures
- You communicate confidently in German; English skills are a plus
- Experience recruiting for GTM roles, occupational medicine, company medical services, Health & Safety, healthcare or comparable fields
- Experience building scalable recruiting structures in a growing organization
- Agency experience or experience in a highly dynamic recruiting environment
- Knowledge of employer branding, recruiting marketing or developing target-group-specific campaigns
- Affinity for KPIs, reporting and data-driven recruiting
- Understanding of multi-entity, buy-and-build or fast-growing corporate structures
