Job Description

Recruiter – Berlin, Full Remote

Arsipa

• Recruiting with ownership • In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes for our subsidiaries within the Arsipa Group. • A particular focus is on recruiting processes in occupational medicine, company medical services and related operational roles. • Together with hiring managers you clarify requirements, define sourcing strategies and ensure clear, structured selection processes. • Structured interviews, professional assessments and a respectful candidate experience are a given for you. • You keep track even with multiple concurrent vacancies — with structure, prioritization and a healthy dose of pragmatism. • Active Sourcing & Talent Attraction • You identify suitable talent through relevant channels and address them in a target-group-appropriate manner. • For demanding and high-volume roles you develop creative sourcing strategies. • You build talent pools sustainably and maintain long-term relationships with interesting candidates. • Your own ideas for a more visible, approachable and convincing employer brand in recruiting are explicitly welcome. • Our goal: candidates should not only know what Arsipa does — but also understand why it is exciting to be part of our journey. • Consulting, management & development • As a sparring partner you advise hiring managers, management boards and internal stakeholders on recruiting, market outreach and selection decisions. • You manage external recruiting partners confidently when needed and ensure quality, speed and communication are on point. • You regularly analyze recruiting metrics and derive concrete improvements for processes, channels and sourcing strategies. • You actively contribute to the development of recruiting processes, interview standards, reporting, candidate experience and employer branding. • You participate in team projects and help us make recruiting scalable, professional and still human within a growing corporate group.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting, preferably with a focus on volume recruiting or GTM roles.
  • Strong expertise in active sourcing and target-group-appropriate direct outreach.
  • You are familiar with ATS, modern recruiting tools, AI applications and good prompts.
  • Excellent advisory skills in dealing with hiring managers, management boards and internal stakeholders.
  • You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner.
  • A good sense for people, communication and different target groups.
  • You enjoy taking over operational recruiting processes while also further developing processes, standards and structures.
  • You communicate confidently in German; English skills are a plus.
  • Experience recruiting for GTM roles, occupational medicine, company medical services, health & safety, healthcare or comparable specialist areas.
  • Experience building scalable recruiting structures within a growing organization.
  • Agency experience or experience in a highly dynamic recruiting environment.
  • Knowledge of employer branding, recruiting marketing or developing target-group-specific campaigns.
  • Affinity for KPIs, reporting and data-driven recruiting.
  • Understanding of multi-entity, buy-and-build or fast-growing corporate structures.

Benefits

  • 30 days annual leave
  • Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve half days off
  • Permanent employment contract
  • Full remote in Germany or hybrid work at the Berlin location
  • Active opportunity to shape processes and structures in a crisis-resilient, rapidly growing corporate group — supported by one of the world’s leading investors, Warburg Pincus.
  • Open and appreciative company culture, accompanied by regular stand-ups and monthly all-hands meetings with the entire team for transparent communication and to celebrate shared successes.
  • Joint events to strengthen team spirit and promote a positive and collegial working atmosphere.
