• Strategic and operational responsibility for all company acquisitions in close collaboration with the M&A team, the Head of M&A and the managing directors (CEO and CFO) • Identification and proactive outreach to potential acquisition targets, particularly in the Health & Safety sector • Conduct company valuations, develop transaction structures, and prepare and negotiate offers and contractual documents • Independently manage and execute buy-side transactions, including coordination of all involved stakeholders and external advisors, supervision of relevant due diligence areas and negotiation of purchase agreements
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience, for example in Corporate Finance, as an M&A Associate, in Investment Banking or a comparable role
- Demonstrable end-to-end deal experience (excluding PMI), ideally on the buy-side
- Independent project management of small-cap to mid-cap deals
- German language skills at native level
