• Product ownership for Billing & ERP • Ownership of the domain modules Contracts, Financial Accounting, Time Tracking and Bookkeeping within our in-house developed software solution • Evaluate and further develop operational processes and standards with a focus on billing and contract management • Identify domain improvement opportunities and convert them into effective product requirements • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and tickets • Closely support implementation together with the development team • Hands-on support throughout the development process, including QA and releases • Support data migrations and assist with rollouts • Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders in management, our subsidiaries and the development team
Job Requirements
- Proven professional experience in product management, preferably with a focus on financial accounting, ERP, billing or comparable B2B software solutions
- Strong willingness to take ownership of complex domain modules and to accompany the development process in a hands-on manner
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable user stories, tickets and product improvements
- Technical experience in data migration, data analysis and software development
- High level of self-responsibility, strong organizational skills and a pronounced ownership mindset
- Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 20%)
