• Definition of test cases and reporting of test results. • Design, code and execute automated GUI tests using Selenium WebDriver with C# unit tests written in programming languages. • Design, code and execute functional automated API tests on REST services using C# RestSharp. • Definition /execution of functional manual test scenarios and scripts which are difficult to automate. • Identification, re-testing of and reporting on defects. • Support in definition/definition of test plans. • Support to user acceptance testing activities. • Support systems integrations by active involvement in implementation/testing of API integration/tests on REST webservices.

• Design and develop technical specifications for an interoperability middleware based on client's SMART Guidelines. • Support subject matter experts in defining and validating data dictionary mappings. • Design mapping logic between surveillance systems such as DHIS2, SORMAS, Go.Data, OpenELIS, and other health information systems. • Identify interoperability gaps and propose scalable technical solutions. • Document architecture decisions, interoperability workflows, and design trade-offs. • Develop specification frameworks aligned with client's SMART Guidelines, ICD-11, LOINC, SNOMED CT, and other healthcare interoperability standards. • Contribute to the design of AI agent frameworks and orchestration layers supporting data integration. • Configure and optimize relational and graph/network database environments. • Develop scalable ingestion frameworks capable of operating in both cloud and on-premises environments. • Implement staging layers for data ingestion, validation, transformation, harmonization, and quality assurance. • Design synchronization mechanisms supporting low-resource environments and offline data collection. • Develop production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines to automate ingestion and processing of surveillance datasets. • Build AI-assisted workflows and agent-driven mechanisms for extracting and integrating data from systems such as DHIS2, SORMAS, EWARS, and other external sources. • Implement automated processes for data validation, cleansing, deduplication, normalization, and harmonization. • Ensure pipelines efficiently process heterogeneous datasets while delivering high-quality data for analytics and modelling teams. • Optimize pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability. • Develop automated workflows for weekly and monthly surveillance reports and situation reports (SitReps). • Build APIs and data export services supporting downstream analytics and modelling. • Develop clean analytical datasets optimized for threshold analysis and collaborative modelling. • Support dashboard development and data visualization initiatives. • Ensure reporting infrastructure meets security, performance, and interoperability requirements.

• Ensure compliance of IT operations with data privacy and data protection standards, laws and regulations • Assist in designing, implementing, auditing and compliance testing activities in order to ensure data and privacy compliance • Identify, document and propose countermeasures to compliance gaps (if any) • Advise on data protection matters, in particular in the context of personal data processing • Conduct privacy impact assessments • Write and/or review records of processing activity on personal data for data controllers and privacy statements • Develop, maintain, communicate and train upon the data privacy policies and procedures • Provide legal advice and guidance on data privacy and data protection standards, laws and regulations • Enforce and advocate organisation’s data privacy and data protection program • Ensure that data owners, holders, controllers, processors, subjects, internal or external partners and entities are informed about their data protection rights, obligations and responsibilities • Act as a contact point to handle queries and complaints regarding data processing • Monitor audits and data protection related training activities • Cooperate and share information with authorities and professional groups • Contribute to the development of the organization’s strategy, policy and procedures • Develop and propose staff awareness training to achieve compliance and foster a culture of data protection within the organization • Manage legal aspects of information security responsibilities and third-party relations

• Prepare and maintain the Business Analysis Plan and Roadmap. • Monitor progress against planned milestones and deadlines and report status to the Project Team. • Collect, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). • Organise, facilitate and lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions. • Ensure Business Requirements cover end-to-end business processes, including interactions between existing applications and the Group Client Portal. • Model end-to-end business process flows when required. • Define and document data specifications and data models when required. • Identify and monitor project interdependencies and assess related impacts. • Review and ensure the quality, consistency and completeness of Business Requirements documentation. • Translate business requirements into user stories and maintain the implementation backlog. • Support customer studies and surveys to gather customer feedback. • Support the preparation of test scenarios, test cases and test execution activities. • Prepare project documentation including meeting materials, meeting minutes, status reports and steering committee presentations.

• Own and manage the Service Configuration Management (SCM) practice and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • Define, implement, monitor and continuously improve Service Configuration Management processes and standards • Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of CMDB data, including data quality ownership and governance • Manage the full lifecycle of Configuration Items (CI), including relationships, dependencies and service mapping • Ensure up-to-date service trees and proper representation of services within the ITSM solution • Integrate CMDB with other ITIL practices, especially Change Enablement and automated discovery tools • Define and monitor CMDB and Service Configuration Management KPIs and reporting • Prepare and maintain policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Support audit activities and provide CMDB reporting and compliance evidence • Manage data sources, discovery mechanisms and ensure proper data integration across systems • Contribute to other ITIL practices and support overall IT service lifecycle management • Promote a positive, service-oriented customer experience • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Design, build and integrate full stack solutions across cloud environments. • Manage WordPress back-end (server configuration, plugins, performance, security). • Own CI/CD pipelines and environment management (dev, staging, production). • Implement APIs and microservices and ensure system integration. • Maintain code quality (Git, documentation, testing practices). • Collaborate with front-end vendor to integrate features into the platform. • Support both back-end and front-end feature implementation within WordPress. • Report to a Technical Lead and work in a distributed international team.

• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists and Dataverse) • Implement full data lifecycle management (create, read, update, delete operations) • Maintain structured data, and manage access control and user permissions • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to support and streamline portfolio-related processes and reporting activities • Build and maintain data visualization solutions using Power BI, including creating dashboards and reports with charts, tables, timelines, maps, and similar formats • Design user interfaces that are simple and intuitive, following standard templates, design guidelines, and good user experience practices • Maintain and improve existing applications and reporting layers by updating functionality, enhancing performance, and proposing improvements to current solutions • Perform functional testing of applications and dashboards, identify issues, and implement fixes to ensure overall system reliability • Develop and test mobile-friendly layouts for dashboards and public-facing reports based on defined templates • Produce technical documentation that clearly describes the implemented solutions, changes, and system structure • Collaborate with internal staff, consultants, external stakeholders, and system providers, ensuring clear communication and awareness of technical decisions and their impact.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business and operational needs, ensuring clear insights and user-friendly experiences. • Implement interactive dashboards with advanced filtering, slicing, and drill-down capabilities while maintaining a fast, responsive user experience. • Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks related to data volume, transformations, DAX calculations, and visual interactions, applying best practices to ensure optimal performance for large datasets (50,000+ records). • Design and implement robust data models using fact/dimension principles (star and snowflake schemas) to support efficient, scalable analytics. • Develop and optimize calculated measures and KPIs using DAX, balancing complexity with maintainability and performance. • Work with relational data sources and SQL queries to prepare high-performance datasets, coordinating with application development teams and data owners on data extraction and transformation strategies. • Document dashboards, data models, calculations, and performance considerations, contributing to a shared knowledge repository for future reference. • Deliver maintainable, reliable Power BI solutions that integrate with enterprise data platforms and comply with organizational standards. • Other specific duties as assigned by the team leader.
