Senior Business Analyst

• Prepare and maintain the Business Analysis Plan and Roadmap. • Monitor progress against planned milestones and deadlines and report status to the Project Team. • Collect, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). • Organise, facilitate and lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions. • Ensure Business Requirements cover end-to-end business processes, including interactions between existing applications and the Group Client Portal. • Model end-to-end business process flows when required. • Define and document data specifications and data models when required. • Identify and monitor project interdependencies and assess related impacts. • Review and ensure the quality, consistency and completeness of Business Requirements documentation. • Translate business requirements into user stories and maintain the implementation backlog. • Support customer studies and surveys to gather customer feedback. • Support the preparation of test scenarios, test cases and test execution activities. • Prepare project documentation including meeting materials, meeting minutes, status reports and steering committee presentations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- English – Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Business Analysis.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for complex IT projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process modelling and process optimisation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with multiple stakeholder groups across business and IT domains.
- Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes involving multiple workstreams and organisational units.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and implementation backlogs.
- Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis Planning and Governance. Requirements Elicitation and Management. Business Process Modelling (BPMN, UML or equivalent). Use Case Modelling. Customer Journey Mapping. Data Analysis and Data Modelling. Functional Requirements Documentation. Workshop Facilitation and Stakeholder Management. Backlog Creation and User Story Writing. Gap Analysis and Impact Assessment. End-to-End Process Design.
- Preferred Experience: Banking or Financial Services sector experience. Experience with Customer Portals, Digital Channels or Self-Service Platforms. Experience in User Experience (UX) and Customer Journey Design. Experience producing wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes. Experience in testing activities including test scenarios, test cases and UAT support. Previous experience working for European Institutions, International Financial Institutions or large public-sector organisations.
