• Identifying and developing appropriate solutions for various reporting, analytics, and business intelligence needs • Developing and leading integrated solutions for BI solutions, databases, data warehouses, data marts, and custom programming • Providing technical expertise in the architecture and development of integrated data and business process improvement solutions • Supporting end users and organizational leadership in obtaining meaningful data, analytics, and insights

• Design and develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and paginated reports aligned to client requirements • Build and optimize DAX measures, Power Query (M) transformations, and row-level security • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate functional needs into technical specifications and scalable data models • Build SSRS reports and contribute to SSAS tabular model development as part of broader BI architectures • Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS, Power Query, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools, including data profiling and quality validation • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making • Perform testing, validation, performance tuning, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Manage assigned tasks and workstreams across concurrent client engagements, proactively communicating progress, risks, and blockers • Demonstrate ownership of assigned deliverables, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations • Participate in client-facing meetings, demos, and walkthroughs, presenting solutions clearly and professionally • Produce clear, well-structured documentation including data dictionaries, technical designs, and user guides • Contribute to internal best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Analyze datasets containing millions of records to identify trends, patterns, and exploratory insights. • Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems and forecast outcomes. • Partner with business teams to understand their strategy and goals, then translate them into actionable data initiatives. • Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau that provide clear, jargon-free insights. • Work with data engineering and tech colleagues to automate and operationalize your models. • Provide data-informed recommendations with a quantifiable value to improve product features, engagement, and member experience. • Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to develop strategies for business impact.
