• You’ll take ownership of designing, building and maintaining attractive, functional WordPress sites — from front‑end styling to back‑end architecture • Your work will directly support our members’ marketing activity and help elevate their digital presence • Build responsive, user‑friendly sites using WordPress themes, plugins and custom functionality • Ongoing development and improvements of existing member websites, domain name servers, DNS records and IP addresses to support domain configuration and troubleshooting and web security measures • Manage integrations, databases, security updates and performance optimisation, effectively increasing web speed and using best practice technique • Interpret briefs, troubleshoot issues and ensure every site meets design and functionality goals • Equip marketing colleagues with the skills to make simple CMS updates • Track KPIs and ensure sites run smoothly
• Deliver people reporting — accurate MI, dashboards and key workforce metrics. • Maintain HR data quality — audits, cleanses, reconciles and updates organisational structures. • Run bulk data updates — plan, import, validate and document changes. • Support HR systems — answer data queries, troubleshoot issues and keep documentation tight. • Ensure compliance — protect confidentiality, meet GDPR standards and support audits.
• First‑line application support — responding to queries from colleagues, resolving issues where possible and escalating when needed • Building deep knowledge of Acturis and other core business applications • Maintaining and developing our company letter suite • Understanding the insurance landscape to better support users • Keeping up to date with vendor releases and sharing updates with the team • Contributing to team meetings, planning, and action tracking
• Optimising digital journeys — improving conversion performance and ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned with business needs. • Analysing user behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to uncover insights and opportunities. • Designing and testing improvements that enhance customer experience and drive measurable performance uplift. • Publishing and maintaining CMS content to maximise SEO and accessibility performance. • Collaborating with specialists across the business and with external agencies to deliver technical and experiential enhancements. • Reporting on performance to keep optimisation and journey quality front and centre. • Supporting the Digital Content & Optimisation Manager with the wider optimisation roadmap, content management and digital strategy. • Contributing to email and SMS activity when needed.
• The role will report into the Technical Accounting Director, and it will be responsible for addressing complex, significant and one-off accounting issues (involving IFRS, FRS 102 and FRS 101) impacting the entire Ardonagh Group, as well as significant issues specific to individual segments/divisions. • Knowledge of regulatory, tax, legal and accounting matters, in particular technical accounting. • Effective written and oral communication skills, so as to be able to communicate complex issues in a simple manner. • Ability to challenge, enquire and analyse. • Driving continuous improvement and innovation: Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to present information in a concise, efficient and professional manner to senior management. • Building self-insight & relationships: Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of micro/small SME group risk clients • Proactively contact clients at renewal points • Ensure that renewal income from the portfolio remains at appropriate levels • Proactively explore opportunities to expand income from existing clients • Win new group risk business through referral channels • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction • Ensure compliance and business standards KPI scores • Transparent and timely reporting of renewal income and new business figures • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers
• Own project scope, budget, timelines, and outcomes • Lead full project delivery from request to go‑live • Align projects to business strategy and manage change effectively • Run strong governance, reporting, and decision‑making forums • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies • Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders • Build strong relationships with internal teams and third‑party suppliers • Motivate and guide cross‑functional project teams • Champion agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
