Business Development Support Executive
The Ardonagh Group
• BDM support — providing day‑to‑day administrative and operational assistance • Meeting follow‑ups — ensuring actions are completed accurately and on time • Member, insurer & broker enquiries — responding promptly and professionally • MI & reporting — preparing and distributing MI packs and performance reports • Relationship management — maintaining strong working relationships across our network • Systems training — delivering training and support on Bravo systems and processes • Travel & logistics — arranging travel, accommodation and meeting coordination for the BDM team • Sales support — assisting with campaigns, presentations and business development initiatives • Member panel ownership — managing your own panel of members and maintaining monthly contact
Job Requirements
- Experience in sales support, administration, customer service or account management
- Ideally, exposure to commercial insurance or financial services
- Confident communication skills — written, verbal and over Teams/phone
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially in reporting
- A collaborative, positive approach and a genuine desire to help others succeed
