QUALIFICATIONS: - 3 to 5 years of experience translating business requirements into real action for clients through reporting and visualizations - 3 to 5 years experience creating dashboards and visualizations with PowerBI - 3 to 5 years experience in SQL (preferably SnowSQL), R, and Python for understanding data - Health care background preferred. - Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills to collaborate with business leaders, clients and technical personnel - A technically inclined, self-starter who is detail oriented. - Strong organization, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills - Enjoys digging deep for the answer and won't give up until they have it. - Works well independently and collaboratively with peers and external SMEs.
