Role Description The Business Development Manager will manage all military programs in collaboration with sales and business management. The main scope of this position is to work with the various military programs to promote PPP products and the company itself to realize sales. This role supports customer-facing technical activities across Spain on a project-by-project basis. - Act as the resident technical and subject matter expert both internally and with customers, quickly and easily solving prospective applications with the product. - Support Account Managers as the primary technical resource for product and solution demonstrations to end customers, including creating specific demonstration workflows to harmonize and create consistent messages. - Designing and executing training sessions (on-site, remote, or at designated locations) aligned with agreed outcomes. - Supporting post-sales application activities to customer specific business requirements, including guidance on best practices and usage optimization. - Ensure the quality of the provided technical trainings and demonstrations (self-reliability) across Spain. - Ensure that all customers are served within established timing parameters (self-control). - Collaborating with company’s stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, R&D) to contribute technical input for customer proposals (RFI/RFP). - Testing, validating, and documenting application workflows and use cases, for knowledge-sharing purposes. - Supporting technical evaluation activities and preparing relevant demonstration or training materials. Qualifications - BS Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, related Engineering, surveying, drafting, or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in a Field Application Engineer, Account Manager, technical consultant, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD tools and workflows. - Ability to read and interpret information from blueprints. - Clear oral/written communications. - Good language competencies, excellent communication skills in English. - Valid Driver’s License. - Willingness to travel within Spain and occasionally internationally, depending on project needs. Requirements - Registered as self-employed. - Responsible for own taxes, social security, and regulatory compliance in Spain. - Provides own tools, equipment, and working environment, unless otherwise agreed for specific assignments. - Holds a valid driver’s license, where relevant to project execution.
