About the role: We have ambitious plans ahead, and we’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Payments Team. Agora supports over $300B in real estate assets globally, and our payments platform sits at the center of how capital moves across that ecosystem. We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to evolve and own Agora's investment management, embedded payments, and financial services solutions. We are looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to build, optimize, and scale the operational backbone of our Customer Success organization. Analyze large datasets to surface risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. - Operating Rhythm & Enablement Lead CS operating cadences (forecast reviews, QBRs, health reviews). Ensure strong process documentation and adoption of tools across the Customer Organization. Requirements - 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical SaaS role, with hands-on support of CS teams (CSM/customer-facing experience – strong advantage). - Strong HubSpot expertise (workflows, automation, reporting, optimization) and experience with additional CS platforms such as Gainsight, Totango, Planhat, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar. - Advanced analytical skills, including building dashboards, reporting models, forecasting frameworks, and working with retention, churn, expansion, adoption, and customer health metrics. - Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve operational workflows and efficiency. - Systems-oriented, structured, and process-driven mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. About the role As a Customer Success Manager at Agora, you will be the trusted partner for our clients, guiding them throughout their journey and ensuring they get maximum value from our platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support adoption, drive retention, and build long-term relationships that lead to mutual success. About the Role We are seeking a Director of Go-to-Market Enablement to build and lead our GTM Enablement function. This strategic, hands-on role, based in New York City, is responsible for increasing the productivity, effectiveness, and consistency of our revenue-generating teams including SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success across the full Go-to-Market funnel.
