Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will empower our sales team with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to succeed. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training strategies that enhance sales productivity, optimize onboarding processes, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of sales processes, a knack for creating impactful training materials, and the ability to collaborate across departments. You are passionate about enabling teams to perform at their best and delivering measurable results Roles & Responsibilities - Design and implement training programs to enhance sales performance - Develop and manage sales content, playbooks, and collateral - Optimize CRM tools and sales technologies for efficiency and effectiveness - Refine sales processes to improve conversion rates and reduce friction - Analyze performance data to identify strengths and areas for improvement - Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and strategy - Oversee recruitment efforts by placing job ads, reviewing applicants, and coordinating interviews - Conduct a structured two-week training program for all new sales representatives to ensure a strong foundation in sales processes, product knowledge, and CRM tools. - Support the Sales Management team in goal setting and performance measurement Desired Skills and Experience - Strong leadership and coaching abilities - Experience in sales training, process optimization, and enablement strategies - Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally; strong English proficiency is required, as you will be training U.S.-based sales representatives. • Prepare and tutor adult learners pursuing college credit through mathematics courses and examinations • Teach either a 3-hour session per week or provide 1-hour individual tutoring lessons • Deliver engaging, easy-to-understand instruction on mathematical concepts • Simplify complex mathematical concepts into practical, relatable examples • Adapt instruction in real-time to accommodate varying experience levels • Track student progress and share key observations with the eLearning team

• Take full accountability for the planning, execution, and delivery of core internal system upgrades and tech-driven projects. • Critically evaluate current workflows and leverage modern software, internal tools, and automation to streamline operations. • Coordinate and communicate seamlessly across multiple remote departments to keep all stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables. • Proactively monitor project health, raise deviations early, and design logical solutions to unblock technical constraints. • Maintain hyper-organized, central repositories of project data, making complex technical processes clear and actionable for the team.

• Oversee trade licensing and certification programs, ensuring program quality, instructor coordination, and curriculum support • Review, update, and improve curriculum, course materials, and study guides • Ensure programs meet quality, compliance, and industry standards • Monitor program metrics, student progress, and outcomes • Collaborate with instructors, curriculum designers, and eLearning teams • Participate in operations and quality-related meetings • Provide guidance and support to instructors as needed • Perform other program-related duties as assigned

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for all roles, building strong talent pipelines. • Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and define role requirements. • Lead initiatives that strengthen our culture, engagement, and retention. • Monitor and improve our brand publicly as a great place to work. • Implement performance management and recognition programs aligned with our values. • Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring and staff retention.

• Work with department leaders and subject matter experts • Continuously improve and develop training materials • Collaborate closely with Operations for process clarification and updates • Facilitate and deliver training sessions • Participate in measuring the effectiveness of learning • Maintain records for training programs, including evaluations, employee participation, and LMS records
