• Responsible for building new and growing existing relationships with agents and agencies to increase revenue from life and annuity sales. • Actively consult and advise agencies to provide them with value-added strategies to increase their book of business and create effective marketing campaigns to achieve growth goals. • Develop business plans in targeted markets to acquire, grow, and strengthen distribution relationships. • Establish and manage strong working relationships with internal and external partners to provide enhanced customer service for all sales and service operations. • Support agents and agency marketers in product selection, case design, and illustration fulfillment. • Conduct training, both in person and virtual, on products, processes, business development and services offered by National Life Group. • Onboard new relationships with National Life Group to quickly grow and develop business. • Maintain an active understanding of the competitive landscape and current industry trends to create innovative solutions designed to meet customer needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments • Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives • Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans • Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) • Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care • Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines
