• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments • Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives • Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans • Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) • Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care • Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines
