• Provide real-time Spanish-to-Spanish and English-to-Spanish captioning services in a variety of settings using approved real-time software • Provide immediate verbatim translation of spoken Spanish into text so the consumer can read the text on displayed devices as it is created • Assist consumer(s) with concurrent participation in the communication process by maintaining high-quality standards for captioning services • Convey the content of the message clearly and accurately • Work with the SignGlasses staff to resolve any technical issues and any issues around access to materials for captioners and/or consumer • Provide consumer(s) with a final, edited transcript • Maintain current backups of real-time dictionaries and user profiles

• Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in Spanish or English grounded in operational contexts (e.g., financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, compliance reviews) • Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks • Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism • Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across French professional services, legal operations, accounting, project management, and technology environments

• Design realistic scenarios in your target language or English grounded in operational contexts • Adapt structured evaluation rubrics • Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, quality, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism • Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across the target locale and domain

• Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in the target language reflecting the target locale clinical and administrative settings (e.g., patient intake, care coordination, hospital operations, nursing workflows) • Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations • Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and communication quality • Contribute to “gold standard” answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety • Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in target language healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations
