Senior Manager – Change Management

Nebius Group

• Lead change management strategy for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives — translating business objectives into clear behavioral, process, and organizational shifts. • Identify critical change impacts early, mapping stakeholder risk, alignment gaps, and areas of potential resistance across functions. • Own program-level communications, including executive updates, leadership decks, cross-functional announcements, and launch narratives. • Connect change across concurrent programs, identifying overlapping impact on teams and sequencing communications to reduce friction and change fatigue. • Proactively surface and mitigate change risks, partnering with senior leaders to resolve organizational or behavioral barriers. • Partner with Enablement and GTM Systems to ensure training, messaging, and adoption signals align with overall change strategy. • Build and standardize scalable change practices, including reusable playbooks, templates, and transformation governance mechanisms.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional change in complex commercial, GTM, or operating environments at a B2B technology company.
  • Experience leading change for operating model, systems, or process transformations impacting multiple business functions.
  • Highly structured thinker with a strong analytical mind who can identify critical change impacts and connect dots across programs and organizational boundaries.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting executive-level messaging and presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills, with a track record of aligning diverse teams and senior leaders.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling technology environments preferred.
