We are seeking an exceptional Pricing Analyst to support our new business and renewal pricing strategies. This role reports to the Pricing Lead and is critical to helping the team scale as the company grows. The Pricing Analyst owns account-level pricing for new and renewing clients while continuously improving pricing models and processes. Through this work, they play a key role in driving revenue across our book of business. Provide account-specific pricing guidance and quotes for new clients as well as renewals with escalation of complex quotes Conduct analysis to identify and communicate the financial impact of pricing decisions Collaborate on improving Garner’s pricing models using projected and actual healthcare costs, including understanding the intersection between Garner’s pricing and the impacts on the financial plan Assist with building and monitoring mechanisms to understand performance of the book of business and intersection with the financial plan Assist in building processes and policies to support continually improving financial planning and pricing decisions Maintain pricing models while continually identifying opportunities for efficiencies
