About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and impact-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving operational excellence across our Go-To-Market organization - partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance to improve processes, data quality, reporting, and forecasting. You will help ensure our revenue engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and predictably. If you enjoy turning data into insights, building scalable processes, and influencing business decisions with clear analysis - this role is for you. You’ll help us protect honest people online by: - Owning and improving core GTM reporting and dashboards. - Maintaining CRM data integrity and governance standards - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards - Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure accurate data capture and clear performance visibility - Identifying process inefficiencies and driving automation and system improvements across the revenue tech stack - Building scalable processes that enable sustainable growth You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are: - 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills - Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) - High attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - A proactive, ownership-driven attitude - you don’t just identify problems, you help solve them - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are: - Experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech company - Familiarity with revenue forecasting methodologies and capacity planning - Experience working with revenue tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ tools, enrichment tools, etc.) - Experience with sales compensation analysis or incentive plan tracking - A continuous improvement mindset and passion for automation Why Veriff?
