• Designing, developing, and testing software applications or systems using JavaScript, TypeScript and React • Producing high-quality, well-tested code with modern abstractions and frameworks • Supporting efforts to ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design • Staying up to date with frontend best practices and tools • Deepening your understanding of relevant product areas, codebase, and systems • Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis, programming, and software engineering • Collaborating with other teams, incorporating and sharing innovations • Designing systems with scalability, maintainability and product evolution in mind • Promoting quality, consistency, and alignment with established architectural principles via code reviews • Identifying and driving changes as needed for codebases, product area, and/or systems • Independently delivering new features to production as part of an iterative development process. • A keen interest in leveraging AI to enhance and streamline daily development workflows

• Partnering with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across industries • Working closely with the sales team on account strategy and identifying additional opportunities in existing accounts • Decreasing the time to revenue when aligning a customer to their implementation and onboarding • Building and maintaining trust with customers by leveraging client context to understand customer goals and create a value-based relationship • Developing and delivering exceptional company/product presentations and demonstrations • Work with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback from the field and represent the customer perspective to develop a more robust and innovative core product • Managing customer integrations, POCs, and developing plans that are tailored to each client's needs to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery

• Own and operate a portfolio of strategic accounts with full accountability for retention, growth, customer outcomes, and long term partnership health, acting as the CEO of the business within each account. • Build trusted executive and day to day relationships with customers to strengthen alignment, advocacy, and long term loyalty. • Drive net dollar retention through expansion, renewals, increased product utilization, and identification of new use cases across the customer base. • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business model, priorities, success metrics, and evolving needs to proactively shape account strategy. • Expand relationships by consistently bringing forward solutions, products, and ideas that help customers achieve their objectives and realize greater value from Veriff. • Serve as the strategic quarterback across internal teams, partnering closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Support, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to align resources and drive outcomes. • Lead complex customer initiatives from concept through execution, especially in nonstandard or highly customized motions where there is no rinse and repeat playbook. • Identify process gaps, friction points, and recurring customer needs, then help build new processes, playbooks, and scalable solutions that improve the customer experience and internal execution. • Own escalations and business critical issues with urgency, strong judgment, and clear communication to protect trust and drive resolution. • Use data and analytical tools to assess account performance, uncover opportunities, monitor risks, and guide strategic decisions. • Clearly communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and strategic plans to internal leadership and external stakeholders. • Act as the voice of the customer internally while balancing commercial priorities and long term partnership value.

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads as an analytics partner, owning the data narrative for your product area(s) • Design and deliver dashboards from product portfolio metrics to customer-level performance views • Design, run, and analyse A/B tests and experiments providing rigorous statistical guidance on sample sizing, significance, and causal inference • Conduct deep-dive investigations, e.g. product funnel diagnostics, or customer behaviour patterns • Proactively identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders • Support data governance initiatives

• Designing, developing, and testing software applications or systems using Python and TypeScript • Producing high-quality, well-tested code with modern abstractions and frameworks • Deepening your understanding of relevant product areas, codebase, and systems • Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis, programming, and software engineering • Tackling problems of moderate scope, crafting core backend software components • Collaborating with other teams, incorporating and sharing innovations • Conducting design and code reviews • Identifying and driving changes as needed for codebases, product areas, and/or systems • Independently completing medium to large features, each with many tasks and milestones • Design and build our product platform that enables the classification, extraction and validation of hundreds of different document types and use cases. • Focus on building a platform that enables flexibility and scale at a global level

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Android SDK, focusing on performance, security, and usability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers • Support efforts to ensure compatibility across a variety of Android devices (low-end to high-end) • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality • Assist in debugging issues and resolving performance bottlenecks • Stay up to date with Android development best practices and emerging technologies • Contribute to improving development workflows, including testing and release processes

• Designing, developing, and maintaining our Android SDK, ensuring optimal performance, security, and usability • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers • Addressing the challenges of compatibility and performance across a wide range of devices, from low-end to high-end models • Implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline development, testing, and release cycles • Conducting code reviews, and providing constructive feedback to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement • Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating best practices and innovative solutions into our SDK • Proactively identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks to ensure the highest levels of reliability and stability • Contributing to the strategic direction of our Android development efforts, driving innovation and helping shape the future of Veriff's products and services
