Enterprise Release Coordinator

Role Description The Enterprise Release Analyst is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of system change control processes, collaborates with Business Requesters, Workday Teams (Finance, HCM and Integrations) and relevant stakeholders from Global Controllership and SOX Team, and ensures the compliance with SOX requirements and internal policies throughout the change management lifecycle. Responsibilities - Collect change requests submitted by Business Requesters from different regions (Americas, EMEA and APAC), and ensure every change request has appropriate approvals and supporting documents. - Understand Business Requesters’ exact requirements, assign change requests to Workday Team Members (Finance, HCM and Integrations) and tag change requests to monthly releases or off-cycle releases or release exceptions. - Follow up with Workday Team Members (Finance, HCM and Integrations) to collect UAT signoffs and supporting documents for change requests. - Coordinate Release Approvers to review and approve changes requests included in monthly releases, off-cycle releases, and release exceptions. - Create Change Tickets in ServiceNow for monthly releases, off-cycle releases and release exceptions, and attach Business and IT approvals and supporting documents to the tickets. - Attend weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, present the Change Tickets and supporting documents to CAB for their review and approval, and clarify CAB’s questions (if any) on individual tickets. - Post CAB approvals, coordinate Workday Team Members (Finance, HCM and Integrations) to implement changes in Production in terms of the release schedule. - For any issues and/or additional change requests raised by Business Requesters during the hypercare period to initial change requests, collaborate with Workday Team Members (Finance, HCM and Integrations) to perform additional testing and obtain additional approvals by Business and IT Approvers. - Create and distribute release schedules and release notes to relevant recipients. - Participate in regular team meetings and ad hoc meetings to discuss change requests and confirm the Go(s) or No-Go(s) with relevant stakeholders. - Take care of ad hoc task assignments when needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or similar required (Marketing, Admin or English preferred). - 2+ years working experience. - Sound writing and speaking English and good communication skills. - Flexible time availabilities to communicate with users in different regions (Americas, EMEA and APAC). - Aptitude to be detail-oriented, well-organized, and accurate. - Must demonstrate ownership and accountability while managing timelines. - Finance/accounting background and experience preferred. - Experience with enterprise software (e.g., ERP, Planning Systems, Consolidation Systems such as Workday, Salesforce) preferred. - Experience with ticketing and processes and software related preferred. Physical Requirements - Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day. - May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner. - Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type. - Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you. - Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays. - Ability to observe details at close range.
