Providence

• Plays a key role in the daily operations of agency management for staffing support • Acts as the expert resource for agency, traveler, and contract needs • Partners with MSP / Agency Companies in recruitment and on-boarding of contract employees • Supports multiple nursing and allied departments • Monitors and executes department goals, data metrics, projects, and objectives

Job Requirements

  • 6 months of Precepting (Training) experience with new staff, formal and informal
  • 1 year of Hands-on working in UKG (formerly known as Kronos) software
  • 1 year of experience working on MS Office Suite
  • 1 year of experience working in healthcare staffing / contingent worker management
  • H.S. Diploma or GED preferred
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field preferred
