• Draft and develop insurance contracts and policy forms in accordance with product specifications and applicable legal and regulatory requirements • Coordinate with state insurance departments and other regulatory agencies to support form filing approvals and implementation following approval • Partner with Product Development, Legal, Internal Systems, Claims, New Business, and Insurance Administration to design compliant forms and documentation • Coordinate policy reviews, editing, finalization, and internal approval processes for assigned contracts and forms • Serve as a subject matter resource for product-related materials, including marketing content, training materials, websites, and producer communications • Draft and maintain applications, administrative forms, and service forms to support business and operational needs • Maintain, index, and manage form and product filings within internal databases and support filing process controls and continuous improvement efforts • Represent Product Compliance on cross-functional projects and ensure timely, accurate execution of compliance deliverables • Monitor and communicate regulatory and competitive developments that may impact products or the product development lifecycle • Participate in industry or trade association meetings related to product and compliance matters, as applicable

• Partner with product managers and engineers to measure results and deliver insights on products across their lifecycle: experimentation, launch, post-launch, and at scale. • Identify key metrics and insights to track progress on high-priority initiatives, including new AI product launches. • Develop analytics frameworks to run A/B tests and measure the success of product features and initiatives. • Uncover insights that help identify new product opportunities and maximize the performance of existing ones. • Present findings and recommendations to product leadership and executive stakeholders to inform the roadmap. • Identify areas of opportunity within existing launches and mature products. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Role Description Our Supply Chain organization has an opportunity for a procurement professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be a part of high-level activity and collaborative environment as part of our LADS Electronics Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall procurement activities for material supporting the Raytheon business unit specific to our LADS SBU. You will work very closely with external suppliers as well with internal customers and functional areas to support a broad portfolio of LADS programs across Raytheon. - Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy - Work with and review Statement of Work (SOW) documents - Prepare and issue RFQs (requests for quotes) - Review quotes, analyze results and lead negotiation plans/strategies - Address any exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, or Raytheon terms and condition requirements - Formally document purchase orders per internal procedures - Perform routine post-award management activities - Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) - Able to support travel (up to 25%) Qualifications - Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. - Procurement experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within other heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation or automotive - U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
