• Serve as a senior resource for Workday Compensation Administration, supporting day‑to‑day operations and leading strategic initiatives in a large enterprise environment. • Collaborate with the Compensation team, other product teams, and business partners to gather requirements, configure security settings, and support testing and audit activities. • Analyze complex business processes and translate them into secure, compliant, and scalable Workday solutions that follow least‑privilege principles. • Partner with the team during backlog refinement for Compensation features (estimation, acceptance criteria, testing strategy) and drive discovery to define security impacts, dependencies, and cross‑functional needs. • Coordinate functional and non‑functional testing (e.g., regression, negative testing, SoD validation) to ensure solutions meet policy, audit, and risk standards. • Partner with audit, risk, and compliance teams on access reviews, controls testing, remediation, and release readiness; maintain high‑quality process documentation. • Mentor junior analysts and champion standards for configuration, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

• Partner with Product Managers to define and refine requirements for Yearbook Technology platforms supporting content creation, collaboration, workflow management, e-commerce ordering, production, and fulfillment. • Analyze advisor, student, school, and internal user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and operational efficiencies. • Translate business objectives and customer needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development-ready requirements. • Support product roadmap planning by providing business analysis, product insights, and delivery readiness recommendations. • Participate in user acceptance testing and solution validation to ensure delivered functionality meets business and customer expectations. • Develop a strong understanding of yearbook business processes and serve as a subject matter expert for supported product areas. • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to agile delivery practices, requirements management standards, and cross-functional operating models

• Participates in product form and rate development and maintenance to ensure Hanover has the capacity and capability to deliver quality, competitive products to our customers. • Execute product strategy in collaboration with Business Units, Operations, IT Systems, Underwriting, Legal, Claims, Actuarial, and Compliance. • Utilize working understanding of products, operations and processes to support form formatting, prepare filings, and manage objections and approvals. • Coordinate system automation requests for filed products. • Support filings for projects, maintenance, and compliance activities. • Research filing requirements and develop filing strategy; provide insight and guidance for highly regulated states or complex filings. • Prepare filing packages by thoroughly investigating and researching multiple resources and tools to meet filing requirements. • Maintain communications with project team constituents to keep them updated of the filing status. • Manage objection responses on a priority basis. • Understand implications a change has to other aspects of the filing or coverage and provide consultation. • Participate in special research, audit, and compliance projects as requested. • Support Filing & Regulatory Best Practices coordination, documentation, assessments, and improvement ideas.

• Analyze product performance, usage, and outcomes to generate insights that inform product strategy, roadmap decisions, and prioritization. • Analyze user behavior, adoption trends, performance metrics and customer feedback. • Develop and maintain product-level metrics, dashboards, and reporting in partnership with Decision Support and analytics teams. • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for Product and leadership teams. • Support hypothesis testing, opportunity sizing, and impact assessment for new and existing product initiatives. • Partner closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand business objectives, customer problems, and desired outcomes. • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborate with Decision Support and Market Research functions to ensure consistency in insights, metrics, and storytelling across the product portfolio. • Contribute to product reviews, planning sessions, and governance discussions by bringing forward relevant data and insights. • Track benefit realization and adoption post-implementation. • Identify opportunities for optimization based on performance data. Recommend improvements based on data and user feedback.
