• Co-facilitate diagnostic workshops (Mini-H) with prospective clients alongside the CEO: map processes, build impact baselines, produce AS-IS and TO-BE flow diagrams. • Lead the AS-IS process mapping block of each workshop — steps, owners, systems, handoffs, failure points. • Build the business case (baseline + TO-BE agentized) that underpins every VAP proposal. • Qualify leads between the initial meeting and the workshop: confirm problem, interlocutor authority, and willingness to act. • Run the Hypothesis phase of each VAP: map financial and operational opportunity drivers, score by impact × feasibility × speed, select the first deployment target. • Document client processes with engineering-level precision: inputs, outputs, owners, systems, data flows, exception handling. • Design the AI agent blueprint for each VAP: what the agent does, what data it needs, how it integrates, what the human touchpoints are. • Manage delivery cadence: daily standups, weekly deep-dives, biweekly steering sessions. • Build and maintain standard templates for Mini-H facilitation, AS-IS mapping, and VAP scoping.
• Sell • Collaborate on Mutt's ongoing sales opportunities and leads. Respond to client RFP and service requests, sharing our value proposition and drive processes - several per month. • Help review and provide feedback for Mutt’s marketing communications pieces and presentations - once per month • Participate in networking activities such as marketing events, workshops and conferences - a few per Q. • Research and track information on possible leads, market opportunities and sales tactics from similar companies or competitors - every week. • Pipeline - Use a set of tools, frameworks, processes, and methodologies to track the sale’s pipeline progress in our CRM - on a biweekly basis. • Proposals - Create initial drafts or send consulting work proposals and iterate client contracts with the legal team - every month. • Track - Keep engagement status and oversight info updated. Add information on current status and obstacles - every week. • Account Management • Build relationships with current clients and drive them to become Mutt's champions - every week. • Help track project economics with planning and budgeting activities. Propose ideas to increase buy-in of proposed solutions from the client’s stakeholders - every month. • Identify new tracks or staffing opportunities for current accounts, based on Mutt’s offerings - once per Q. • Other Teams' Support • COO and Ops Leadership with relevant information and analysis for relevant decision-making on staffing and presentations. • Tech Leaders/Project Managers in account expectations, pain points, possible farming opportunities, and client satisfaction surveys.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define BI and analytics requirements • Innovate with new tools to improve Muttdata's infrastructure and processes. • Design dimensional data models and build scalable data pipelines • Develop data models to feed dashboards for teams across the org, as well as client-facing analytics • Develop tools for the team and assist in tech migrations and model design. • Build scalable, high-performance data architectures. • Focus on code quality—review, document, test, and integrate CI/CD.
Senior Marketing Operations, CRM – Revenue Operations

Senior DevOps Engineer, Agentic AI

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain an enterprise-wide Agentic AI Developer Platform that enables and standardizes the development of AI agents across the organization. • Implement and operate platform components, integrations, frameworks, and supporting infrastructure required to deliver scalable and reliable agentic AI solutions. • Collaborate with architects and technical stakeholders to translate platform designs into production-ready implementations, ensuring alignment with security, governance, and engineering standards. • Manage the lifecycle of the platform, including deployment automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and operational support. • Evaluate, integrate, and customize existing AI platforms, orchestration tools, frameworks, and cloud-native services to build a cohesive developer experience. • Create abstractions, reusable components, and development standards that accelerate agent development while maintaining consistency across teams. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, promoting engineering best practices and knowledge sharing. • Work autonomously on complex technical initiatives, taking ownership of implementation, delivery, and operational excellence with minimal supervision. • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and continuously improve platform capabilities, scalability, and developer productivity. • Contribute to platform documentation, operational procedures, and governance practices to ensure long-term maintainability and adoption across the organization.
Senior Data Engineer – Microsoft Fabric

• Co-develops batch and streaming pipelines, semantic models, and transformations on Databricks (Python/Spark). • Defines and maintains data contracts, quality rules, and data SLOs for each data product. • Guides domain teams on data modeling and data product boundaries (what belongs to which product/domain). • Trains, mentors, and pairs with domain engineers/analysts on data product ownership and good engineering practices. • Captures feedback and best practices from domains and feeds improvements back into platform templates, tooling, and patterns.
