Role Description Join our Global Internal Communications team focused on informing, engaging, and motivating our employees through effective communications experiences that help shape Akamai's strategic vision and mission critical goals. The team works cross-functionally with various organizations to build, support, and execute internal communications plans and employee engagement initiatives. Job Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • Demonstrated success with internal communications, employee engagement, human resources, and/or change management
  • Ability to simultaneously manage projects, coordinate resources, and execute multiple initiatives within tight timelines
