Undergraduate Intern, Store Team – Communications Department

American Civil Liberties Union - ACLU

• Aiding in running the store in the most efficient, cost effective, and profitable way possible • Regular online store updates including: product page set up, copywriting, digital marketing support, and more • Helping brainstorm new products, merchandise strategies, and promotional campaigns • Product photography for social media and email marketing • Collecting and analyzing budget, inventory, and sales data using Excel • Research on latest industry trends to influence marketing, ecommerce, and product strategy

Job Requirements

  • Qualifying applicants must currently be matriculated undergraduate students or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Previous ecommerce experience for a major brand or retailer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable analyzing data
  • Understanding of the internet and social media trends
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly web-based research including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel)
