Job Description

Demand Gen Manager

Dynatron Software, Inc.

• Generate qualified marketing leads through new paid, owned and earned channels to support aggressive growth plans • Optimize and expand existing channels to generate more leads, improve conversion rates and ROI • Identify and test new Demand Gen channels and programs that drive new leads • Manage outside partners who help execute specific paid advertising campaigns • Create nurturing program to move leads through the funnel from MQL to SQL • Work with the BDR team to convert leads into sales meetings/sales leads, collaborating on sequence creation, lead tracking and performance • Work with Marketing Ops to report on and identify areas for conversion improvement • Measure, analyze, and report on demand gen channel performance and ROI • Continuously test and iterate to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity • Manage budget allocation across demand gen programs and channels

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing Demand Gen in B2B high growth SaaS
  • Experience partnering with outside agencies to accelerate testing and execution
  • Experience with content syndication platforms, trade media, and association marketing
  • Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiar with traditional and digital marketing channels, content marketing and distribution platforms, and consumer analytics.
  • Experience managing marketing campaign budgets
  • Understanding of lead funnels, comfortable using the language of ROI, ROAS, CAC
  • Experience with Hubspot required
  • Experience with SFDC required, experience with SugarCRM preferred
  • Experience with WordPress, basic HTML, Zapier, Typeform preferred
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus. Some travel might be required.
