Senior Data Engineering Manager

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, independence, collaboration, and accountability. • Create and execute a Data Engineering roadmap that helps ReUp to achieve its goals. • Partner with technology, analytics, finance, B2B, and B2C teams to define data requirements, and design and develop solutions that drive value for ReUp’s clients and learners. • Oversee the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data pipelines and warehouses that ingest, transform, store, and provide access to student and institutional data to power business intelligence products, ML models, cloud-based web applications, and marketing and coaching services. • Champion automation, observability, and performance to ensure ReUp’s pipeline efficiently and reliably delivers quality data to end users. • Proactively identify, triage, and resolve data quality and availability issues through root-cause analysis, remediation, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. • Define and monitor SLAs for data quality, workflow status and runtime, incident response and resolution time, and team velocity. • Define and implement data engineering standards and best practices. • Support data security, compliance, and governance initiatives.
Engagement Coordinator

If so, we encourage you to apply to our Engagement Coordinator position at ReUp Education. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will connect individually with students at our partner universities. You will be the first interaction for many students and therefore, responsible for making a warm and welcoming first impression. You will engage with students to learn their story and ensure they are connected with the best resource to go back to school and complete their degree. Students will rely on you for an initial understanding of our service, engagement, and accurate support to get them in touch with a Success Coach or other necessary partner resources. What you’ll do - Build strong relationships with students to bring clarity and confidence in ReUp Coaching Services - - Engage with students to determine if returning to school is the best option, help to determine student priorities, develop an optimal timeline, and share relevant academic/enrollment information for specific student next steps. - Collaborate with ReUp staff and university administrators - - Coordinators will work with schools to understand programmatic options for returning students, modality options, and financial barrier remediation options - Coordinators will introduce the Success Coach to the student and clarify the role our internal coaches play in the return process. - Support Success Coaches to manage email and text messaging - Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls that assess a student's interest in returning to school, discover the student’s personal goals, and the challenges that are in the way of executing this plan. - Connect and communicate with students via phone calls, email, and text - Utilize ReUp’s technology and data analytics to detect student patterns in order to determine the who is most critically in need of support and engagement - Document student progress and report to ReUp staff through use of our CRM system. - Participate in ReUp’s internal meetings and training sessions - Other assigned duties as required Qualifications Research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups often only apply to jobs if they meet all of the qualifications. The Role We are hiring a new role of Director of Business Operations to lead a team supporting the operations of ReUp’s Business to Business (B2B) division. As the Director of Business Operations, you will lead a dynamic team focused on driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across B2B departments and with external B2B audiences. This role is central to optimizing processes, enabling sustainable growth, and ensuring that all operational activities support institutional and state government sales and renewals. You will build the systems, tools, and strategies that position the organization for long-term scalability and success. Internally, you will oversee the development and execution of sales operations, conference engagement, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional project management. Externally, you will coordinate key partnerships, thought leadership, and media efforts that advance ReUp’s position in the market. A successful Director of Business Operations is process-oriented and has a keen eye for details and building team scalability. They are curious, conscientious, and collaborative, and an eager problem solver. Your team will serve as the primary partners in supporting the sales teams as ReUp continues a period of rapid growth. What You’ll Do As the Director of Business Operations, you are responsible for aligning multiple functions into a cohesive and coordinated approach to how ReUp engages with key audiences to support growth throughout the client lifecycle. About the role - The Partner Insights Coordinator will assist in client reporting and engagement support through data and presentations that demonstrate strong enrollment outcomes and ongoing value. The Insights Coordinator supports a cross-functional team spanning Business to Business Operations (B2B Ops), Partner Success, Data, Learner Services, Marketing, State Partnerships Operations and Product. The Coordinator identifies and highlights institutional practices and student insights, and influences recommendations for institutional improvement to drive partner success. Manager, Learner Services
ReUp EducationHelping institutions and learning providers find, enroll, and support adult learners–from re-enrollment to graduation.
• Manage part of our Learner Services team (8-10 people), motivating them, managing performance expectations against goals, using data to inform decisions, and supporting their professional growth. • Support Success Coach onboarding and training. • Report to our Director of Learner Services with thoughtful and strategic input. • Perform quality assurance reviews for their team in coaching and student interactions. • Provide feedback for professional development and growth. • Assess productivity, identify obstacles, and support Coaches on efficiency and effectiveness. • Support systems implementation to collect and share coaching ‘best practices’ and insights steeped in our Coaching Model. • Partner with marketing, product and data teams to better understand our universities and students to enhance and strengthen our support systems for students and coaches. • Stay up-to-date on current technologies and trends in the higher education and coaching industry, including research-based interventions. • Manage complex problems in a fast-paced, workforce-distributed environment.
