Channel Manager – NetSuite Ecosystem

• Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including strategy, pipeline development, prospecting, outreach, contract negotiation, and implementation • Build and maintain relationships across technical, commercial, and leadership stakeholders at Site Integrators and Consulting Firms in the EDI space • Identify growth opportunities with partners and translate them into measurable business outcomes • Collaborate with Marketing to execute co-branded campaigns, develop partner collateral, and drive engagement • Work with Product and Engineering to influence partner-driven product initiatives that expand adoption and revenue • Track and report partner performance, pipeline, and business metrics
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and managing partnerships within the NetSuite ecosystem
- Proven ability to develop and grow strategic, revenue-driving partnerships, ideally in Logistics, Retail, or EDI
- Track record owning partner-led deals end-to-end, including negotiation, contracting, and activation
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills across multiple stakeholders
- Confident, polished communicator via phone, email, and presentations, able to articulate technical and commercial value
- Experience executing partner or outbound campaigns using tools such as Salesloft or ZoomInfo
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
