Primary Objectives: - Technical Leadership: Be a leader in architecture, design and development of enterprise-grade applications while establishing and promoting engineering best practices across the team. - Strategic Vision: Define and shape the technical roadmap for LINQ’s platform, contributing to and influencing broader technical strategies across the organization. - Mentorship and Collaboration: Provide proactive guidance, mentorship and collaboration to engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
