Role Description Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Case Assistant to join our Wildfire Litigation team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes direction well but is also not afraid to seek clarification and ask questions when appropriate. Exercising sound discretion and judgment are imperative as there will be a lot of direct contact with clients, many of whom are under tremendous stress and may feel overwhelmed. - Successful candidates will be skilled communicators and able to empathize with clients while gathering necessary information. - Case assistants must be detail oriented and organized, professional, reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines. - Management of electronic information, document management, and document review. Qualifications - Experience in case management software programs, preferably FileVine. - Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite products including: Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint. - A successful candidate will be detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work remotely. - Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Role Description I am seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a student/research assistant for an Assistant Professor of Counseling. The successful candidate will assist the professor in various counseling course tasks, research projects, and student gatekeeping processes.
