• Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling across business and personal commitments • Handle inbox management, draft correspondence, and ensure timely follow-ups • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements • Support personal administrative tasks such as reservations and day-to-day logistics • Track priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure commitments are completed on time • Conduct research, coordinate with vendors, and assist with special projects • Act as a gatekeeper by prioritizing communications • Provide responsive support outside standard business hours when urgent matters arise • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar support role
  • Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or business owners preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, calendar management tools, and communication platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to anticipate needs with minimal supervision
  • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
