• Triage, investigate, and resolve incidents (INC) and service requests (REQ) for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse within agreed SLA targets • Diagnose and fix Power Automate flow failures — expired OAuth tokens, broken connection references, throttling and API limits, malformed inputs, and gaps in error handling — and restore service quickly • Troubleshoot Canvas and Model-Driven app issues: delegation warnings, slow load times, data and permission errors, and browser/mobile client behavior • Monitor platform health through CoE Starter Kit analytics — proactively surfacing failing flows, orphaned apps, over-privileged connections, and capacity risks before they become incidents • Manage connections, connection references, and service account / authentication issues, coordinating with Security when OAuth or DLP controls are involved • Handle environment and access operations: access requests, environment provisioning requests, and DLP exception handling within CoE governance • Serve as first-line technical support for citizen developers — unblocking them, routing them through the CoE intake pipeline, and escalating without taking the build away from them • Perform bug fixes and minor enhancements to existing apps and flows, deploying changes through the established ALM pipeline (Dev > Test > Prod) rather than editing directly in production • Troubleshoot Power BI operational issues — dataset refresh failures, gateway connectivity, and row-level security problems • Maintain the knowledge base: known-error articles, troubleshooting runbooks, and end-user self-help documentation • Participate in root cause analysis and problem management — turning repeat incidents into permanent fixes — and escalate to developers or architects when an issue requires solution redesign

• Designing, building, and automating the Software Development Lifecycle and Infrastructure that powers Fieldwire • Owning the reliability and performance of production systems, including leading incident response, driving root-cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures • Developing and maintaining monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to ensure maximum uptime and surface the metrics that inform engineering decisions • Leading the troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and security across Fieldwire's systems • Setting technical direction and making architectural decisions for platform infrastructure, in collaboration with engineering leadership • Collaborating with and influencing engineering teams to build a platform that can scale to meet growing demand • Mentoring other engineers on infrastructure best practices, operational excellence, and secure system design • Driving continuous improvement of tooling, processes, and standards to protect and increase Fieldwire's development velocity • Participating in and helping lead an on-call rotation, with ownership of the processes around change and incident management

• Own and drive the architecture and evolution of developer onboarding and enablement platforms • Standardize and improve service deployment processes across application teams • Accelerate onboarding and deployment timelines through scalable platform automation • Design and implement cloud-native automation to reduce manual effort across onboarding workflows • Build and support developer enablement tooling and internal platform services • Provide hands-on technical guidance and support for developers using internal platforms • Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues across distributed systems • Collaborate with application and platform teams to ensure evolving developer needs are met • Design and implement AI/ML and agentic AI solutions to automate onboarding, enhance troubleshooting, and improve developer self-service capabilities • Apply AI-driven automation to improve platform efficiency, reliability, and developer experience at scale • Define and contribute to technical roadmap planning for platform modernization and automation initiatives • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials • Stay current with emerging technologies in cloud platforms, AI/ML, and agentic AI systems

• Build, expand, and optimize data infrastructure in order to create the most accurate dataset of identities and their relationships • Develop and operate secure, scalable, and reliable data ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines that meet product requirements • Design and maintain a data observability framework to ensure our data meets strict quality and freshness standards • Optimize data storage layer and build/maintain interfaces to enable scalable and fast data access to our data stores • Collaborate with product teams (squads) supporting their data platform needs for smooth delivery of existing and new products • Participate in call rotation for production issues, along with the rest of engineering • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our evolving engineering best practices • Drive innovation by actively participating in our hackathons and doing proof of concepts • Develop functional subject matter expertise within various areas of identity fraud domain
