Role Description As a QA Engineer at Quavo, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products throughout the entire development lifecycle. You'll go beyond checking boxes against Acceptance Criteria—thinking like an end-user to creatively uncover issues, catching problems as early as the requirements stage, and driving continuous improvement in how we test and deliver software. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Infrastructure, Onboarding, Services, and Client Experience, you'll be an active voice in Agile ceremonies, help maintain compliance with industry regulations, and contribute to a culture of shared knowledge through Confluence. As you grow in this role, you'll become a subject-matter expert on Quavo's products, using that expertise to support release readiness, resolve customer issues, and help guide our clients with confidence. You’ll partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, and demo delivery. You’ll also co-create the systems, tools, and content that drive our early CE motion.
