Data Quality Analyst
EDO, Inc.
• Support data readiness for client reporting across several functions, including: • Oversee a Jira dashboard routing tickets to the correct departments. • Maintain client dashboards, which includes reviewing creative videos and creative names. • Regular taxonomy grooming and mapping. • Review and correct data generated offshore and gather examples for training purposes. • Analyze existing and new creative video assets to ensure audio/video quality of creatives. • Test and provide feedback on new data tools as they are developed. • Document data quality processes. • Identify root causes of data quality issues and propose systematic solutions. • Recommend or build lightweight scripts, queries, or tools to automate quality checks and metrics tracking.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a role involving information organization.
- Experience using SQL queries.
- Strong command working in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters).
- Familiarity with Jira or comparable issue tracking software.
- Passion for advertising, live sports, and TV.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Versatility, i.e., the ability and willingness to wear multiple hats and switch gears frequently.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, and who has the desire to be part of a fast-growing, exciting, and nimble start up company.

• Establish strong relationships with HR Partners, business leaders, and employees to ensure benefits delivery meets employee needs across health, welfare, and retirement programs. • Function as a subject matter expert on all core benefit programs—including FSAs, HSAs, and retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), employer match, ETC.) . • Resolve benefits issues and escalations within set SLAs. • Provide subject matter oversight on retirement plan operations , including eligibility, enrollments, contribution corrections, plan compliance, and payroll file accuracy. • Build and manage effective relationships with benefit vendors, including health/welfare and retirement recordkeepers. • Conduct ongoing vendor meetings to discuss service performance, participant satisfaction, website/admin experiences, and performance guarantees. • Monitor monthly invoices to ensure alignment with administrative fees, participant counts, and plan rules. • Actively participate in Annual Enrollment preparation and testing for medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and retirement enrollment updates. • Partner with vendors to verify eligibility rules, contribution limits, imputed income, COBRA rates, ASO fees, and premium accuracy. • Review interface files between the benefits administration platform and all vendor systems to ensure precise data mapping, required fields, and testing. • Serve as the internal SME for retirement benefits, including 401(k), after-tax contributions, company match programs, and nonqualified deferred compensation (if applicable).
• Work on complex client engagements with experienced dss+ Consultants, Managers, and Industry subject-matter experts; gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. • Analyze data, operational processes, and risks to identify improvement opportunities • Participate in client meetings and workshops, helping frame problems and explore solutions • Support risk management discussions and help structure frameworks for operational risk analysis • Track project progress, analyze KPIs, and support the delivery of key milestones • Use tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to analyze and visualize data • Learn and apply new analytical tools and technologies as part of your development
