Intern, Procurement Analyst
CoLogix Analytics
• Assist in analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities • Support supplier research and evaluation • Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for procurement leadership • Assist with purchase order monitoring, contract documentation, and compliance checks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Construction, Engineering, Operations and Accounting • Maintain and update procurement databases and supplier records • Support process improvement initiatives and procurement best practices • Perform ad hoc analysis and administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); PowerPoint experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Preferred Qualifications**
- Coursework or experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., Netsuite, Coupa)
- Basic knowledge of sourcing, contracts, or vendor management
