Job Description

Implementation Engineer

Nucleus Security

• Plan and coordinate onboarding projects for new customers, meeting customer business requirements and driving user adoption • Manage short-term engagements to develop integrations and other scripts/tools to resolve customer’s unique challenges and enable technical use cases • Strive to improve process efficiency and team performance by continuously identifying areas to enhance our post-sales motion • Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support • Design vuln management solution architecture for different asset classes and environment sizes • Understand how integrations work end to end to be able to clearly articulate complex problems and solutions to less technical stakeholders • Work closely with the sales team to conduct smooth transitions from pre- to post-sale phase • Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and productize solutions to impactful issues

Job Requirements

  • Cybersecurity concepts (attack vectors, kill chain)
  • Compliance understanding (NIST, ISO, custom policies)
  • Customer/stakeholder engagement (technical project management, consulting)
  • Programming (we use Python, any OOP is fine)
  • Configuring & deploying software integrations
  • High capacity to learn quickly
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Security tools or other VM platforms (SIEM, SOAR, IDS) preferred
  • Data ingest pipelines (ETL, automation) preferred
  • Cloud concepts (containerization, PaaS) preferred
  • ServiceNow (configuration, end user experience) preferred
  • Enterprise customer tech integration exposure preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously on complex tasks within a team dynamic preferred
  • Willingness to work in the EST time zone preferred
