Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in manual software testing roles. - Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is preferable. - Previous experience in ERP Systems (Project Accounting, Financial Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, Purchasing, or Time and Expense) would be preferable. - Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, MCP servers, and agentic AI for internal solutions. - Good working knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Technical debugging skills using server logs, client logs, and API calls. - Experience with Agile software development practices. - Experience testing web or mobile applications across various browsers, versions, and operating systems. - Experience with performance and/or security testing tools would be beneficial. - Familiarity with automated tools such as Selenium, QTP or other automation tools would be beneficial. - Familiarity with tools like Postman for API testing would be beneficial. - Familiarity with tools like JMeter for Performance/Concurrency testing would be beneficial. - Understanding and/or exposure to automation tools, Pipeline fixes would be beneficial. - Understanding of version control systems like Git. - Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, and task distribution. - Creative and analytical approach to enhancing customer experience through data-driven decision-making. • Execute manual and automated testing by writing scripts and creating automation scenarios for repeated execution • Using different automation tools, design, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions • Work with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Digital Product Manager (DPM), and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to document and plan test cases for regression, Integration, and automation test plans and test cases • Write test automation scripts (i.e. Python, Java, Java script, C# etc) • Troubleshoot existing automation and optimize the automation framework • Support functional validation and sprint activities • Communicate with development teams, other product teams, and management to ensure proper test coverage of existing and new features and functionality • Build upon an existing framework to develop & execute automated test plans against developed features • Identify and report defects, work with team to resolve • Continuous improvement of automation framework and workflow processes, keep solutions up to date with the latest technologies • Lead scrum test teams by example - encourage collaboration, contribution, and commitment to the teams’ shared goals • Guide and mentor junior team members on the latest trends in automation
