• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, QA, and other internal teams to deliver solutions that meet defined requirements, timelines, and KPIs • Drive day-to-day product development execution by creating and maintaining Agile artifacts (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) and actively participating in all Agile ceremonies • Collaborate closely with engineering to clarify scope, ensure shared understanding, and support predictable delivery • Execute within established product strategy while providing input and recommendations on prioritization and sequencing • Own and prioritize a product backlog, using data, customer insights, and business context to maximize delivered value • Break down complex features into well-scoped, testable user stories and support the team through successful implementation • Adapt execution plans as needed and help the team respond effectively to changing requirements or new information
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing software products; experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries is a plus
- Strong ability to translate business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Solid command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including backlog management, story writing, acceptance criteria, and sprint execution
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining clarity, focus, and delivery momentum
- Hands-on experience with modern product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews
